By accessing and using PupBlend ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

PupBlend provides digital portrait creation services that blend photos of dogs at different life stages into a single digital image. The Service uses AI technology combined with human review to create high-quality digital portraits.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Upload only photos you own or have permission to use
• Not upload offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our technology

4. Payment Terms

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment through Stripe. The price for a digital portrait is $29.99 USD. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds may be provided at our discretion if you are not satisfied after your free revision.

5. Delivery and Turnaround

We aim to deliver your digital portrait within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on order volume. Portraits are delivered via email to the address provided during checkout.

If we are unable to complete your order due to poor photo quality or other issues, we will contact you to request new photos or discuss alternatives.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a license to use them solely for the purpose of creating your portrait.

The final digital portrait is provided for personal use only. Commercial use requires separate licensing. Please contact us at support@pupblend.com for commercial licensing options.

Our Service, including all technology, algorithms, and processes, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains our property.

7. Revisions and Refunds

We offer one free revision per order if you are not satisfied with the initial result. To request a revision, contact support@pupblend.com within 7 days of receiving your portrait.

Refunds may be provided at our discretion if you are not satisfied after your free revision. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your portrait.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PupBlend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PupBlend, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
