Your digital portrait will be delivered within 24-48 hours via email after payment confirmation. We process orders in the order they are received, and you'll receive an email notification when your portrait is ready.
We accept JPG, PNG, and HEIC formats. Maximum file size is 10MB per image. For best results, use high-quality, clear photos with good lighting.
Your portrait will be delivered in high resolution (300 DPI) suitable for printing and digital use. The exact dimensions may vary based on your original photos, but we ensure the quality is suitable for large prints.
Yes! If you're not satisfied with the result, we offer one free revision. Contact support@pupblend.com with your order details and what you'd like changed, and we'll work with you to get it right.
If we determine that your photos aren't suitable for blending (e.g., too blurry, poor lighting, or the dog isn't clearly visible), we'll contact you via email to request new photos. We want to ensure you get the best possible result.
The portrait is for personal use only. If you're interested in commercial licensing, please contact us at support@pupblend.com to discuss options.
We offer a full refund if you're not satisfied after your free revision. However, we're confident you'll love your portrait! If you have concerns, please reach out to support@pupblend.com.
Your portrait will be delivered via email as an attachment. The email will include download links and instructions. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
Absolutely! Each order creates one portrait. If you'd like multiple portraits (e.g., different dogs or different photo combinations), simply place separate orders.
Yes! We use Stripe for all payment processing, which is PCI DSS compliant and uses industry-standard encryption. We never store your full payment information on our servers.
